Once your price quote has been solidified, please follow these easy ordering procedures:

Please Note: Orders cannot be processed without the Order Form, Manufacturing Terms and Copyright submitted. To process your order as quickly as possible please print, read and sign all forms. Please send all forms attached with your order.

Please send along your master (DVD-R, DLT, CDR, Digi-Beta, VHS, etc.), the proper forms with payment information, your PC or MAC based digital artwork on a CD-R or Zip Disc to the following address:

For those packages with printed artwork it would also be a good idea to include good quality printouts so we know what the artwork should look like.
